產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明：

浸入式水口是連續(xù)鑄鋼設(shè)備中安裝在中間包底部并插入結(jié)晶器鋼液面以下的澆鋼用耐火套管。它的主要功能是防止中間包注流的二次氧化和鋼水飛濺，避免結(jié)晶器保護(hù)渣卷入鋼液，改善注流在結(jié)晶內(nèi)的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)和注流分布。
Al₂O₃-ZrO₂-C質(zhì)侵入式水口，以剛玉和石墨等為主要原料，添加金屬硅、碳化硅等，在等靜壓機(jī)中成型，在還原氣氛下燒成，渣線部位采用復(fù)合ZrO₂-C質(zhì)材料。水口結(jié)構(gòu)均勻、耐沖刷、耐侵蝕、熱震穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn)，適應(yīng)于各種鋼種的澆注。

Submerged nozzle

In continuous casting steel equipments, the submerged nozzle is mounted on bottom of tundish and is inserted in the fireproofing casing tube used for casting steel below the level of molten steel of crystallizer. Its main function is to prevent the tundish beam from reoxidization and prevent the splash of molten steel in order to avoid the covering slag of the crystallizer to be involved in the molten steel, such to improve the fluid state of beam in the crystal and beam distribution.
Al₂O₃-ZrO₂-C submerged nozzle is mainly made of corundum and graphite in addition of metallic silicon and silicon carbide etc., molded in isostatic pressing machine and made by burning in reducing atmosphere. The part of slag line adopts the compound ZrO2-C material. The nozzle has even texture, abrasion and erosion resistance and good thermal shock stability, suitable for casting of various steel sorts.
